Solar Roof Tiles are made by the Italian company Tegolasolare. They create each tile from natural red clay and do not add any chemicals to the clay to help minimise the environmental impact.
By using a high temperature spray drying process the tiles they create have increased strength which provides you with a durable tile with a traditional red colouration. The tiles have a greater resistance to weather and knocks and they absorb less water and heat compared to more traditional counterparts.
One thing to keep in mind while you are planning to install solar cells on your rooftop is the orientation angle. The orientation angle is the particular angle of the rooftop, intensity of incoming radiations will depend on this angle. In order to maximize the energy, the orientation angle should be such that solar radiations make maximum contact with the roof.Approximate Cost of solar roof tile is 2.4 to 5.8 $/piece (of area coverage of 6 ft2 )The cost may according to the model.

Counter top wash basins
A Counter Top Basin is for mounting directly on a level surface, on top of a vanity unit, shelf or counter top. Each basin has a level flat base to ensure an easy yet beautiful mount and finish.
This range of products are also know as Surface Mounted Basins.Countertop sinks come in four basic types. In a top-mount sink,(Counter top) the rim of the sink sits above the countertop or bathroom vanity. Under-mount sinks (Under counter) are installed from beneath the cabinet, and the cabinet or vanity top opens directly to the sink below.A vessel sink or above-counter(Above Counter/Vessel )sink actually sits on top of the cabinet or vanity.
You can also choose from sinks that are part of the countertop itself(Integral Countertop), molded into shape when the countertop was made.
Small cloakrooms can be a real test of the imagination to find the best way to maximise the space. Small spaces need small sanitaryware and if you are really short of space it is worthwhile considering a wall hung basin.
Wall hung basins save space by eliminating the standard pedestal design and creating more floor space underneath, allowing you to use the underneath for storage or just to remain clear and create the illusion of more room.

Types of wash basin according to Materials:
Enamel over steel or cast iron
Enamel over cast iron is a popular material for kitchen and bathroom sinks. Heavy and durable, these sinks can also be manufactured in a very wide range of shapes and colors. Like stainless steel, they are very resistant to hot or cold objects, but they can be damaged by sharp impacts and once the glass surface is breached, the underlying cast iron will often corrode, spalling off more of the glass. Aggressive cleaning will dull the surface, leading to more dirt accumulation. Enamel over steel is a similar-appearing but far less rugged and less cost-effective alternative.
Ceramic wash basin
Solid ceramic sinks have many of the same characteristics as enamel over cast iron, but without the risk of surface damage leading to corrosion.
Concrete wash basin
Concrete fixtures are very popular in modern interior design because they define this style so well. Concrete bathroom sinks are particularly trendy these days. They’re simple but they make a strong statement so if you’re looking for a way to add some style to your bathroom, try one of these designs It will give you the look you want without any fuss.

Steel fabricated wash basin
Stainless steel is commonly used in kitchens and commercial applications because it represents a good trade-off between cost, usability, durability, and ease of cleaning. Most stainless steel sinks are made by drawing a sheet of stainless steel over a die. Some very deep sinks are fabricated by welding. Stainless steel sinks will not be damaged by hot or cold objects and resist damage from impacts. One disadvantage of stainless steel is that, being made of thin metal, they tend to be noisier than most other sink materials, although better sinks apply a heavy coating of vibration-damping material to the underside of the sink.
Glass Wash basin
Glass sinks: A current trend in bathroom design is the handmade glass sink (often referred to as a vessel sink) which has become fashionable for wealthy homeowners.
Wooden Wash Basin
Wood sinks are from the early days of sinks and baths were made from natural teak with no additional finishing. Teak is chosen because of its natural waterproofing properties – it has been used for hundreds of years in the marine industry for this reason. Teak also has natural antiseptic properties, which is a bonus for its use in baths and sinks.
Plastic wash basin
Plastic sinks come in several basic forms:
Inexpensive sinks are simply made using injection-molded thermoplastics. These are often deep, free-standing sinks used in laundry rooms. Subject to damage by hot or sharp objects, the principal virtue of these sinks is their low cost.
High-end acrylic drop-in (lowered into the countertop) and undermount (attached from the bottom) sinks are becoming more popular, although they tend to be easily damaged by hard objects – like scouring a cast iron frying pan in the sink.
Plastic sinks may also be made from the same materials used to form “solid surface” countertops. These sinks are durable, attractive, and can often be molded with an integrated countertop or joined to a separate countertop in a seamless fashion, leading to no sink-to-countertop joint or a very smooth sink-to-countertop joint that can not trap dirt or germs. These sinks are subject to damage by hot objects but damaged areas can sometimes be sanded-down to expose undamaged material.

There are different standards for the construction purpose which must be checked and considered for the better construction. The requirement according to which sand is chosen should be like:
For plastering purpose the overall fine sand used must not be less than 1.5 while silt is preferred to not less than 4 percent.
For brick work fine sand used must not be less than 1.2 to 1.5 and silt is preferred is 4 percent generally.
Concreting work require coarse sand in modulus of 2.5 to 3.5 with not less than 4 percent silt content.
M-Sand M-Sand is manufactured sand.M-sand is crushed aggregates produced from hard granite stone which is cubically shaped with grounded edges, washed and graded with consistency to be used as a substitute of river sand.more fromPOABS

Flushing in Bath room:The flushing system is to rinse urine from the bowl of the device to prevent foul odors. The flush can be triggered by one of several methods:Manual handles,Timed flush,Door-regulated flush,Automatic flush,Water less urinals etc.
Electronic automatic flushes solve the problems of previous approaches, and are common in new installations. A passive infrared sensor identifies when the urinal has been used, by detecting when someone has stood in front of it and moved away, and then activates the flush. There usually is also a small override button, to allow optional manual flushing.
Water less urinals
In this type urinals a trap insert filled with a sealant liquid instead of water. The lighter-than-water sealant floats on top of the urine collected in the U-bend, preventing odors from being released into the air. Although the cartridge and sealant must be periodically replaced, advocates claim the system saves anywhere between 15,000 and 45,000 US gallons (57,000 and 170,000 l) of water per urinal per year.
Instead, the traditional system is a timed flush that operates automatically at regular intervals. Groups of up to ten or more urinals will be connected to a single overhead cistern, which contains the timing mechanism. A constant drip-feed of water slowly fills the cistern until a tipping point is reached, when the valve opens (or asiphon begins to drain the cistern), and all the urinals in the group are flushed. Electronic controllers performing the same function are also used.
This type of flush might be regarded as standard in the United States. Each urinal is equipped with a button or short lever to activate the flush, with users expected to operate it as they leave. Such a directly controlled system is the most efficient, provided that patrons remember to use it. This is far from certain, however, often because of fear of touching the handle, which is located too high to kick. Urinals with foot-activated flushing systems are sometimes found in high-traffic areas; these systems have a button set into the floor or a pedal on the wall at ankle height. Some urinals are equipped with water-saving “dual-flush” handles, which use half as much water when pushed upwards, and operate a standard full flush when pressed downwards. The handles are often color-coded green to alert users to this feature.
This is an older method of water-saving automatic flushing, which only operates when the room has been used. A push-button switch is mounted in the door frame of the restroom, and triggers the flush valve for all restroom urinals every time the door is opened. While it cannot detect the use of individual urinals, it provides reasonable flushing action without wasting excessive amounts of water when the restroom is not being used. This method requires a spring-operated automatic door closer, since the flush mechanism only operates when the restroom door opens.
